Farm Business Management instructors from across Minnesota are invited to the Fall Professional Excellence Program (PEP) Training on November 16 and 17 in Hutchinson, Minnesota.
The two-day training provides professional development, practical resources and time for instructors to learn from one another. Sessions will focus on topics that support FBM instructors in their work, including program management, instructional tools and software, student engagement and maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
PEP Training also creates an opportunity for instructors at different stages of their careers to exchange ideas, discuss shared challenges and strengthen connections within Minnesota’s statewide Farm Business Management network.
