Winter PEP Training for Farm Business Management Instructors
Farm Business Management instructors from across Minnesota are invited to the Winter Professional Excellence Program (PEP) Training, January 14–16, 2027, in conjunction with the Minnesota Association of Agricultural Educators Winter Ag Tech Conference.
The training provides professional development, practical resources and opportunities for FBM instructors to learn from colleagues across the state. Sessions will support instructors in areas such as program management, instructional tools and software, student engagement and maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
By meeting alongside agriculture educators attending the MAAE Winter Ag Tech Conference, participants will also have opportunities to build connections, exchange ideas and strengthen collaboration across secondary and post-secondary agricultural education.
