The BWSR Academy is a three-day training event designed for conservation-based local government staff from across Minnesota. The Academy features interactive, 90-minute sessions focused on practical skills that participants can apply to conservation work in their communities.
AgCentric Agriculture Program Coordinator Tyler Grunewald will join Ann Wessel from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources to present Photos in the Field. This hands-on session will help conservation professionals capture stronger, more useful photos while working in agricultural and natural-resource settings.
Participants will explore preparation for field photography, composition, lighting, group photos and visual storytelling. The session will also cover captions, accessibility, organizing images and building a collection of photographs that can support websites, reports, presentations and outreach materials.
