Working with partners from higher education, industry and government, AgCentric provides many learning opportunities, including degree and apprentice programs, agricultural research and demonstration, professional development, customized training and continuing education. As well as many summer camps to further explore different areas of agriculture and career areas.

AG TEACHERS CHECK THIS OUT!

CASE Institutes are professional development sessions led by CASE teachers. The sessions are free when you complete a CASE Institute. CASE teachers receive free updates to the curriculum and other opportunities during their careers as Ag Teachers.

Previous Learning Events

  • AG and Energy Center Field Day 2016 was on August 26th from 9am to 2:30 pm.
  • Expertise in UAS (unmanned aerial systems) technology, including efforts to expand its use in precision agriculture at Northland Community College. Their “DroneTECH Educators Workshop” was from August 8th -10th.
  • Feed the world, Save the Planet: PLAY IN THE DIRT! Summer camp at Inver Hills Community College was on July 18-22.
  • STEM Summer Career Camp 2016 took place on July 24-29 at Winona State University.
